Frequently asked Questions

Auctions are held every Monday. We alternate between Antique Estate Auctions (Doors 8:30 AM, Auction 10:00 AM) and Discovery Warehouse Auctions (Doors 7:30 AM, Auction 9:00 AM).

Discovery previews are held Friday (10 AM–3 PM) before the sale. Antique previews are Saturday (10 AM–2 PM) and Sunday (9 AM–12 PM) before the sale. Lots are posted on AuctionZip (Auctioneer ID #4315).

Bring a valid government-issued photo ID to register. All auctions are conducted live in-house. We also accept written absentee bids and live phone bids—please contact us in advance.

A 21% buyer's premium is added to the hammer price of all successful bids. Example: $100 hammer price = $121 before tax.

Payment is due on the day of the sale unless you are an approved absentee bidder. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. There are no credit card fees. Out-of-state checks require a copy of a valid driver's license.

Items should be picked up before the next auction. Staff are happy to assist with loading. Holding fees may apply if prior arrangements have not been made.

Tax-exempt buyers must have a completed ST-1 certificate on file before the sale.

Drop-off commission: $0–34.99: 50%; $35–99.99: 25%; $100+: 20%. Pickup consignments are quoted individually and include a pickup fee. Consignors are paid each Friday after the auction. Reserve prices must be agreed upon in advance; if not met, a fee equal to 10% of the reserve applies.

Food and beverages are welcome. Service animals are always welcome; well-behaved pets may be permitted. Free parking is available.
